Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Misleading. Google says Brooklyn Brisket Brothers is a STEAKHOUSE. I didn't see a single steak behing cooked or consumed in the place. Garlic fries were flavorful. The chicken over rice was different than any other chicken over rice in the City. I wish that I could say that it's BETTER, but I'm not a liar. The offerings a much different than this time last year, though the Menu appears to be quite similar in what's offered. It's not. The Smoothies are different than they used to be. Less selection, fewer ingredients. I'm not likely to suggest that we go out of our way to visit together.

Wonderful experience! Wonderful food! Amazing atmosphere and people! The brisket was the best non smoked brisket Iโ€™ve ever tasted. The fries were amazing! Got a free sample of the brisket over rice. Fantastic. Open super late as well, wonderful for night owls. The whole experience was unforgettable. Had to take leftovers home. Very large portions. Will definitely make a trip to Utica specifically for this food.

Looking for a quick, inexpensive lunch. This place fit the bill. I ordered the small combo over rice. I came with soda and fries. The protein was a bit overcooked because the counter person was juggling food prep and the register. But it was still tasty. The price point was also reasonable. Nothing fancy but perfectly serviceable place.

Was passing through, it was late-ish, 9:20ish. Brisket is hard, these guys nail it with flavor and tenderness. I had the brisket burger and it was banging! Come with cheese, lettuce, and tomato topped with mayo and ketchup. French fries were crispy & yummy. The fella cooking gave a sample of their brisket over rice. It was yum5000! Brisket, rice, lettuce , tomato, and white sauce. Seating is kind of limited. My only gripe would be both of the tables had to be wiped off, by me.

Great spot in Utica - so glad we stopped here while in for the Boilermaker. The service was wonderful and Mila offered us samples for being first time customers. The steak and cheese was delicious but the brisket and seasonings are unforgettable and we also had huge portions of fries too Very fast service and we ordered a lot of food too - definitely a keeper
